Rhubarb Pie

I used two frozen pie crusts for this one.

Ingredients:
2 lbs Rhubarb
1 1/3 cups sugar
6 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425oF.
Chop rhubarb into 1/2 pieces.
Combine sugar and flour, sprinkle half onto the bottom crust.
Pile in rhubarb and sprinkle with remaining sugar and flour.
Cut butter into small pieces and sprinkle over the top.
Cut lattice pieces and cover pie.
Bake for 10 minutes at 425oF, then reduce heat to 375oF for another 45 minutes.
